Loading instructions: Loading help will be available for one week after the sale. The last day loading help will be available is Friday the 26th. You have 30 days after the sale to get your items. After 30 days you will forfeit possesion of your items. You are responsible for your items when they are sold to you. Burgess Auctioneers and the Young family are not responsible for items that come up missing.
Shipping: We will not ship your items! We will not crate/pallet your items to prepare them for shipping! You are responsible for any and all shipping.

In no event shall Burgess Auctioneers be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Burgess Auctioneers shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Burgess Auctioneers will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Burgess Auctioneers is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Burgess Auctioneers or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Burgess Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. If a lot is placed in a group for bidders choice, all as one money, or price per lot bidding, the proxy bid will not be acknowledged. For grouped bidding the internet bidder must be participating live to make their choice if they are the high bidder. Burgess Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Buyer is responsible from time of sale and will not hold Burgess Auctioneers responsible for any liability, resulting from theft, accidents, or fire. Items purchased and not picked up after 90 days will be retagged to buyer and sold. Items listed are subject to prior sale, as we buy, sell and trade daily.
