Bidder may not hold Mason Auction & Sales LLC responsible for any failure to bid on any certain item(s) due to circumstances beyond our control. Mason Auction & Sales LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any bidder or bids.
*All online purchases are to be paid by wire transfer, check (company/personal) or cash in person, unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Absolutely NO credit or debit cards will be accepted. Any wire transfer fees are to be paid by the Buyer. Payment must be made within 72hrs of receiving invoice from auction company. No Exceptions! Any and All unpaid buyers will be reported as non-payers.

*Equipment must be PAID IN FULL before removal. All equipment must be removed within 14 business days of the auction close. Load out July 20th thru August 3rd from 8 AM -4 PM CST. NEITHER Seller NOR Auctioneer will be responsible for items after the auction. We will assist with load out on most items. Buyer is responsible for insuring and shipping. Any item(s) not picked up will be sold at our regular September auction and a check will be sent to buyer
*10% buyers premium NO CAP
*Sales Tax: All sales are subject to Florida Sales Tax (7.5%) unless we have a copy of current 2026 resale tax exemption certificate, a Bill of Laden from a 3rd party common carrier, or a Farm Use Exemption Affidavit (available in our office). Florida does not acknowledge GEORGIA gate cards. Additional paperwork will be required of ALL out of STATE (NONRESIDENT) DEALERS.
Registration: All sales will be invoiced in the name you REGISTER with. Auction company will not make changes to invoice.
Inspection will be up to Auction Date 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. weekly
